マイアミへ
こんにちは
マルイ不動産 可児支店の大古です。
２月に、多治見本店の加藤店長と一緒にマイアミへ研修旅行に行きましたので
今回はそのお話をします。
マイアミへ向かうフライトは、さすがビジネスクラスでした。
待遇も良くコックピットが見たいといったら見せてくれました。

ビジネスクラスや行ったところをあれこれ言うと
ちょっと自慢のようになってしまうのでこの辺で。
勉強のために不動産屋も回ってきたのでその話をしたいと思います。
まずは不動産屋にて
アメリカの不動産の感想ですがとっても会社はオープン式で
ちょっと銀行にもよったのですが、会社の机には物一つなく、
パソコンとメモ用紙があるのみで、社員がどのパソコンを使ってもいいようにしているようです。
とっても効率的ですね。
机に物をおかないのは僕も気をつけます・・・
一番目を引いたのは不動産の広告でした。
このような冊子が不動産屋の前にご自由にどうぞと置かれております。
中を見てみましょう
日本の広告とは違った感想は
もちろんこのようなフリーペーパーになっていることはもちろんですが、
① 間取りが無い
② 私が売りました！と
営業マンの顔が写真つきで記載されている
ということが目につきました。
営業マンの紹介で写真つきは安心できるのでしょう、
又間取りが載っていないというのは日本の広告ではあまり考えられないのですが
大きな物件が多いアメリカは 細かな間取りはあまり気にしないのでしょうか・・・
とにかく日本との違いは、この広告活動という目でみても新鮮でした。
アメリカは効率的な国で、やはり先端を走っている国だと思います。
日本での不動産のありかたも何かしらヒントになると思います。
１週間ほど行ってきましたが、何か大変いい勉強になり、
毎日ヒントになることを持って帰ろう！！と毎晩飲んでいました。
