中津川市千旦林 薪ストーブのある中古住宅
こんにちは。
マルイ不動産 中津川支店 原です。
今年はちょっと遅めですがようやく？中津川市街地にも雪がちらつき、
いよいよ本格的な冬がやって来ました！！
恵那山は下の写真のように雪降りました。

ちなみに皆さんスタッドレスタイヤへの交換など冬支度は出来ていますか？
支度と言えばそろそろクリスマスやお正月と
子供たちにとっては楽しい時期がやってきますね～(^^)
親としては気温と共に懐が寒くなる時期がやってきましたが、
特に私は兄弟が多いこともあって甥っ子・姪っ子が総勢９人も！！
お年玉対象は７人ですが、「成長＝増額？」なので支度が大変です…(^_^;)
前置きが長くなりましたが、今回は
中津川市千旦林（せんだんばやし）の中古住宅のご紹介です。
恵那峡に程近い「八景苑」と言うラジウム冷泉付きの別荘地内に建っており、
ご覧のように別荘地にとてもマッチした外観です。
写真を見てお気付きになったかもしれませんが、サンタクロースが入って来そうな煙突があります。
そう、この時期にはとても重宝する「薪ストーブ」が付いているんです。
こういった設備にとても憧れる人が多いかと思います。
また、売主様は物件の道路向かいに畑を借りていらっしゃって田舎暮らしを楽しんでみえます。
