中津川市・恵那市　貸家物件を大募集！

こんにちは！マルイ不動産中津川支店の尾石です。
これからの時期は賃貸物件の需要が多くなります！

ペットを飼いたい
車が３台ある
ピアノを置きたい
音を気にせずに のびのび子育てしたい
アパートには住んだことがないから一戸建てがいい

などなど･･･賃貸でも一戸建てに住みたい方が
中津川支店には たくさんご来店くださいます

しかし･･･ここ中津川市・恵那市には貸家が少なく
なかなかお客様のニーズにお応えできません

住まなくなってずっと空き家状態の家
相続したけど住む予定がない家
売ろうか･･貸そうか・・迷っている家
