今月開催されます 第９回「不動産オーナーズ研究会」のご案内をいたします。

前回８月２７日の不動産オーナーズ研究会では弁護士の先生をお招きし
「賃貸借のトラブルに関する対処について」のお話をしていただき
大変ご好評をいただきました。
多数の方がご参加下さいましてありがとうございました。m(__)m


今回のセミナーも不動産に関する専門家からアドバイスをしていただきます。

講師：クニタチ鑑定事務所　不動産鑑定士　山村　寛　先生
テーマ：「その不動産　本当に資産ですか？」

不動産を所有することにより税金が発生したり、維持費が必要になったり
　　　して時には負債となることもあります。

そのためにも今みなさんが持っていらっしゃる不動産を「所有する不動産」と
　　　「手放す不動産」とに早い段階で分けたほうが良いのではないでしょうか。

今回は資産となる不動産をどのように残していくかアドバイスいただきます。
