今回は物件紹介をひとやすみして、タウン青木さん
の隣、多治見のうな千さんを紹介します。

うなぎと言えば高タンパクで消化もよく、豊富なミネラル、ビタミンを含むため、日本では大変古くから夏バテを防ぐためにあることウナギを食べる習慣があることは有名ですよね。　でもウナギの旬は冬眠に備えて身に養分を貯える晩秋から初冬にかけての時期で、秋から春に比べても夏のものは味がおちるのだそうです。知らなかった…

あちこちのうなぎ屋さんでひつまぶしを注文するひつまぶしファンの
管理食部長のこぶた社員は臭みもなくさっぱりした甘さが何とも言えない「うな千」さんが一押しなのです！
　　テーブルの上にタレと出汁。

好きなだけかけていいってのがうれしいですね。しかしタレには手をつけず、いきなり薬味で一杯目、

二杯目…、ちょこちょこ小盛りで食べて、終盤に茶漬けで二杯。

肝吸いもサラダもデザートの柚子ゼリーもペロリとたいらげあ～至福の時・完食っ、満腹っ。
