こんにちは。マルイ不動産　のおやつ大臣
　です。（先ごろ管理食部長より昇格しました♪）
今日は先日我が家で行ったホームパーティの話題をひとつ。
昨年一年間の「お疲れ様会」、かれこれ2月も終盤･春はそこまでというこの時期に、
冬の締めは鍋で！と宴を催すことになりました。
　集まったメンバーは主人の会社の同僚をはじめ、
フットサルの仲間や「土岐プラズマリサーチパークでマルイ不動産ともかかわりのある新川さん。
　　　彼は昨年土岐が丘で現地現場見学会を行ってくれました。

我が家のダイニングテーブルに座れるぎりぎりの人数が集まり、トマト鍋と

坦々ゴマ鍋で対決です。

トマト鍋にはキャベツにブロッコリー、アスパラ、玉葱、人参、ソーセージ･ホタテ・エビを。
坦々ゴマ鍋には白菜、ネギ、シメジ、豆腐、油あげ、モヤシに合挽きミンチで、
それぞれの材料を2回戦分用意。それはもう大変な量でした。
メニューは鍋の他にカルパッチョやサラダにカナッペ、煮豚など。
カナッペ作りに奮闘してくれたNさん、
手作りケーキを持ってきてくれたSさんありがとう。

Fさんの三田屋のハムもAさん手土産の「うだつの町」　という焼き菓子も絶品でした。
中国語でのお歌を披露してくれたHクンにも感謝です。
久しぶりに大勢でワイワイできて楽しかったです。　

鍋はどちらも「リゾット」でしめて、今年も頑張るぞ～！

そして軍配はトマト鍋に上がりました。うーん、これは好き好きですけどね。
